Comité meeting (18 jan): Nominations to positions

·         G Cahill – Social Secretary, VP in charge during interims

·         D Gordon & V Buisson – Team coaches

·         Team Selection Committee – P Valace, B Till, G Cahill

·         D Gordon – Secrétaire-adjoint

·         Finances Committee: M Stone, Trésorier – G Cahill, Tea-Money collector – V Buisson, administrative matters – S Cahill, Assistant

 

Some Decisions taken during AGM:

·         The previous Comité has been reconducted, with addition of G Cahill and D Gordon. A German will be the Nantes liaison.

·         The feasibility of England tour in July has been seriously questioned, due to miscommunications and envisioned availability.

·         Vote on the Captaincy: Peter Valace elected Captain, Brian Till elected Vice-Captain

·         Tea/Match fees: adult home and visiting players 6 € - underage players 4 € - WaGs/non-playing children 4 €

On your agenda: AGM will take place on Saturday January 8th.

2011 Licencesthink of your medical certificate RIGHT NOW. The annual subscription fee is still only 30 euros for grownups, 24 euros for youngsters.

But only until January 31st! After that, you'll remember that there's an extra cost for late registration. So if you're late, the corresponding price will be 34 € for adults, 28 for kids.

Note that if you registered for your first licence after September 1st (that's for Rebecca and Raphaël), you're OK for 2011.
